3D Print Disclaimer

Please read the following information before purchasing, using, or requesting 3D printed items. If you have questions about suitability for your use-case, contact us before ordering.

General use & finish

  • 3D printed items can have visible layer lines, minor surface marks, and small dimensional variation.
  • Unless stated otherwise, items may be supplied unfinished/unpainted.
  • The colour of the prints may appear differently on your device due to varying screen capabilities and individual colour perception. Lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect the image’s colour.
  • Actual filament colours may vary slightly between batches.

Heat, stress & durability

  • Material choice matters: PLA can soften around ~60°C; avoid high heat or hot environments.
  • 3D printed parts may not be suitable for heavy loads, impact, or safety-critical applications unless specifically designed/quoted for that.
  • For stronger or more heat-resistant parts, ask about alternatives (e.g., PETG/other materials).

Safety

  • Some products may contain small parts and can present a choking hazard. Keep away from young children.
  • Not intended for medical, life-support, or safety-critical uses unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Use items as intended and inspect periodically for damage/wear.

Custom jobs & files

  • For customer-supplied models, printability depends on the model design (wall thickness, overhangs, tolerances).
  • We may recommend changes for strength, fit, or print success; approval may be required before printing.
  • Dimensional accuracy depends on geometry and material; tighter tolerances may require iteration/testing.
